I have a partial answer to that. Urinary tract infections. Thats right, germs pushed up into the tract and by the time you realize you have one you are too late. Now you have to take medicine for 5 days to get rid of the pain of it and it throws your little toy out of whack to where you can't work until the ph level gets back to normal from the antibiotics for the urinary tract infection. So now you are unable to work for a minimum of 5 days and usually 7-10 as now you have to wait on the other to clear up.
