Because of my knowledge of kinky enema related activities, and my thus far limited training as a nurse, I know that if enemas are overfilled the water can back up so far it can cause vomiting because if there is enough water and enough pressure it can literally back the contents of the bowel into the stomach. Pretty rare but I've heard of it happening. However, I don't think the guy's penis is THAT long, right?

Therefore, I tend to think of bowel obstruction. Mechanical obstructions occur because the bowel is physically blocked and its contents cannot get past the obstruction. Mechanical obstructions can occur for several reasons. Sometimes the bowel twists on itself (volvulus) or telescopes into itself (intussusception). Mechanical obstruction can also result from hernias, impacted feces, abnormal tissue growth, the presence of foreign bodies in the intestines, or inflammatory bowel disease (Crohn's disease). Nonmechanical obstruction, called ileus, occurs because the wavelike muscular contractions of the intestine (peristalsis) that ordinarily move food through the digestive tract stop.

At any rate, I would say this girl's body is trying to tell her something. She needs to get a checkup and explain her predilection for backdoor action and its disturbing side effects to her doctor.

I have a friend of mine (not a provider) who recently started letting her boyfriend get a bit of the back door action...she tells me he is hung and she is a very petite girl...any way i guess she can now take it like a drag queen but has had a rather disturbing side effect...at least she thinks it is a side effect. apparently a couple of hours afterwards she throws up rather violently. I suggested she stop the back door action but she now loves it...does anyone out there know what could be the cause of this?

I've never experienced this activity (thank GOD!) and I'm not a doctor, but I did have a similar reaction once after having a sigmoidoscopy (sorry if I spelled it worong). That's where they put the big snake up your you-know-what and check your colon. Driving home from that I threw up in my car (eeeewwww!). Have not had one since so don't know if this will repeat itself.

The cause is from vagal nerve stimulation.  This is a major nerve in the autonomic nervous system that, when stimulated, can slow your heart, make you feel dizzy or make you nauseous.

The reaction is not usually associated with enjoyable sex but it is a possibility.  Normally it is seen in medical settings such as the endoscopy experience related earlier.

More lube, more preparation and different positions may limit the effect.

I am not in the medical field but let me share...
First off I have had enough experience with anal to know when I am in the mood and when I am not. I also know that the BIG ones can sometimes provide the most postive stimulation so if a girl says no youre too big chances are she hasnt tried one yet or is using that as an excuse and ego booster.
I have gotten sick and nauseas.  But not in a long time not getting into too much deatil I know when I am in the mood and when I am not.  But it took time and trial and error to master anal...heee  or at least 95 percent of the time get off on it;)

A friend of mine had a husband who liked the back door action.  He was very wealthy and she never wanted for anything....furs, jewelery, vacations, cars, etc.

Lately I have had a desire to try Greek, since I have had so many request for it. Size would play a big part in the decision If I choose to seek out that adventure, but with all truth you guys have change my desire to try it making Greek seen discusting and making me never want to cruise that area.

I don't think I will surrender to this service unless someone here can change my mind, but keep in mind that I am not that open minded as riker would say.
