No honey girls generally don't look for the things guys do.  Though reading our local lesbian magazine you would think that every lesbian is a sex addict.

Girls like friendship and intimacy, not just slam bam sex.  Girls like touching and gentle sensual play.

There is no one "pat" answer. I've known: lesbians who only dated women who look like guys and others who only like super-femme's, girls who only cared about personality and those who had very specific visual criteria, girls who couldn't get aroused without an emotional connection and girls who liked to fuck rough, and then go, bi girls who really didn't "like" women at all but identified with their objectifying boyfriends, bi-girls who were really lesbians and loved everything about women more than they liked men, lesbians who really weren't lesbians, lesbians who really weren't women (physically anyway), asians who only liked blondes (yum!), blondes who only liked bbw's, brunettes who only liked wispy tomboi's and ultra-femme's who only like ultra-femmes.

Generally? it's human sexuality and as soon as you've got it all figured out someone comes up with a fantasy involving pie throwing or plushies or something. There is something for everyone.

I couldn't narrow things down that well. I just like 'em. Everything mentioned so far sounds yummy to me. I do think there is something narcissistic in it though, because there is one thing I know for sure, and that is I'd do me.
