There have been posts on agency(many not just Miami Companions) over scheduling from time to time so I wont belabor the issue. However yesterday was a first for me. A new escort with Miami Companions, a very sweet and well meaning woman who I had a super time with was complaining to me that MC was rally keeping her too busy. When I asked how many appointments she had she said "Well in Boston I had 10 or more a day"!! I filled her in on what I knew about workload and pacing for escorts and told her she needed to tell them this just wouldnt work. She went on to say she had called MC the last night of her trip to say she really needed to take the night off after a long day as she didnt feel well. The next morning at 8:45 the phone rang and she was told her 9:00 am was in the lobby. As I said she is a real sweetheart and just didnt know how things work for most girls. Having said that this could sure explain the mixed reviews of MC escorts the past several months. My advice to everyone is a) though this a callous way to think, I guess you need to have an early appointment if your scheduling someone with MC and more importantly b) try to be aware of their situation and how they may come across if they seem to be a little less than you had hoped for. It could have been a long day or days for them. Also, I recall a Miami Companions rep saying their girls always get the time off they need. This may be true but some girls are inexperienced or unsure of exactly what is expected and when they need to say no. I hope this post wakes up some people if nothing else. After all could any of the providers here imagine doing 10-12 appointments a day, all out of town where they dont know anyone really, and living out of a suitcase? I dont think so.
Sswede, I want to first acknowledge that I get the compassion behind your post and at its core I think it is a nice gesture for you to express such sentiment. Really, I mean that and I applaud it. However...
We are talking about adults here. Inexperienced or not the lady can always exercise her right and vote with her feet and leave if the working conditions are poor. I also have to express a bit of doubt about just how realistic it would be to expect clients to be '...aware of their situation..'. Not only are we likely to not be aware but at the end of the day we should expect that the provider will give us a good experience and it is up to her to put herself into the best position to do so. I realize that we are all humans and stress at work is inevitable. But to view it from the other side, I would not expect a provider to give us extra wiggle room for acting like a jerk because we had a bad day prior to visiting them Oh, I know they do but it should not be a given nor expected.
So although I salute your message of compassion, I don't think your two suggestions are viable to the problem that you describe. As a MC client you should take your concern to MC and state your case as a customer who is concerned that the quality of service will diminish if this is not addressed. As a client concerned about the well being of a nice provider, you should tell her to walk away if this keeps up. But asking guys to schedule appointments in early hours or to be extra patient is not going to change anything.
