Some people mention my pics are professional in my reviews.  My pics a are about 50/50. Pro/ candid- phone shots. And yet, I look at other girls' reviews and sites and they have 10/10 scores. Yet, their pics are so photoshopped they look like avatars and their faces are blurred. Would I do better if I blurred my face?

I do have upcoming photoshoots and plan to change a lot of the images on my site. Maybe I should change all my pics to blurred face....opinions?

They are based on what men think of your appearance after they see you.  The pictures are to help attract business in the first place.

professional and candid but!

MANY of your candids, are VERY blurry, and you are not smiling, in fact you look angry! Even in the professional ones you look angry...

It does not look from the pics that you look to be too different live vs pro pics?

It is up to you to blur face... If you think that the photos showing your face is detracting from $$$ then try it and see and if you dont like it, put it back

Are always nicer to look at but are not always 100% accurate.

I prefer candids as they appear to be more honest.

As far as blurred face shots, I prefer not but understand you need to be discreet.

I think your site now is excellent. I am sure professional galleries help
but repeat clients due to accuracy and skills is most likely more profitable.

I am not only wondering about the rating thing, maybe I stressed that too much.

I have more than one review where it is mentioned my photos are touched up, and that is less than half of the images I have up!

I don't particularly care for my own smile. And since I am the one choosing my photos, I tend to pick the "angrier" looking one I guess.

Like I said, I have photoshoots coming up, and I plan to change my whole website. So I'm just trying to get the best input on what I should put on my new site when I build it.

but you seem to be going for the "tough/suicide" gal look, which does appeal to some guys; but a few with a smile will open you up to a wider audience that likes to see that side of a gal.  It doesn't have to be a big wide beauty-queen smile either.  A wry "come-on-I'm-horny" smile always does the trick for me.

A couple of suggestions:

When you get new photos, make sure the pixel density is high enough so that they are not grainy when enlarged, as some are now.

Have the web designer set up the photos to enlarge automatically when the cursor is held over the photo.  It takes quite a while for your photos to open up and close right now, and that turns off some clients.

As others have said, photos do not high scores make.  How you treat the client and what menu items you offer are the main determinates of a performance score; and actual looks determine the appearance score.  To that end, you might want to contact TER about all the "don't know" items on your profile and replace them with what you actually offer.

Good photos just get the client in the door, so to speak.

Let us know when your new site is up.

make you look like a boy or a TS and don't exactly compliment you. I would rather see a happy face then a stern one, or even a blurred face would do better.

Before I did I was a erotic model, and there are lots of asked pics of me already on the Internet.

So for me, my face being out there is no problem to me.

you don't have to get professional pictures done being in this business. I had no choice, but to get mine done professionally because I had no personal friends to take pics of me, for reasons of me not wanting them to know what I do. Some girls have to get professional shots done for reasons such as mine, some to cover up what THEY are not comfortable with.

Whatever the reasons girls want to blur or show the faces, which you feel make them look like "avatars," get professional vs candid pictures is there business. Now what you think works for you works for you. Face shown, blurred, smiling, looking angry...etc.

Just do what works best for you and not anyone else. I think sometimes some providers get so caught in how other providers do things, which I too have been guilty of.

It's important that you focus on what is working best for you.

Respectfully,

Jordan

It's about discretion. Some of us want to do other things in life and don't want this coming back at us. You can speculate that "She might be so and so" but without a clear face shot, you can't prove it. That's all it means. Guys are giving you scores based on what they SEE in person, not by what they see in your photos. Photos get them in the door, and the girl does the rest. If she does not look anything like her photos, that usually comes out. If she is older, bigger, smaller, etc. guys generally touch on that.

Also, keep in mind one guy's 10 is another guy's 2. You might not find a girl to be attractive, but the guy is the one doing the review.

All of my photos were taken with just a regular camera ( my camera ) and the guys doing them were not professional photographers except for one. I've never gone to a studio to pay for photos, and since I am about done I don't see the need to keep taking new photos whilst claiming to be leaving the business.

I am not saying there isn't a really adequate reason for blurring faces. Nor am I saying that girls who blur their faces look like avatars.

Let me try to words this correctly.

I was trying to figure out, why guys state that my photos are photoshopped when some girls are SO PHOTOSHOPPED ON THEIR BODY that they look like an avatar. And those girls have 10s, and no one ever says, she looks like her pics, but her pics are touched up. Like they do in mine.

You're wondering why your reviews touch on touched up photos when others having OBVIOUS airbrushing are not mentioned in their reviews? Sure, I can see that. It's about the guys who are seeing you/them. Some guys don't care, and some obviously do. I did not think your photos were overly touched up. I thought most looked natural except for one.

Photos are marketing - I don't think they will affect your score beyond setting expectations for what your appearance and performance will be.

My frank evaluation of your current set of pics is that you are pretty, with a nice lean body, but are presenting yourself in a way that warns me off. I don't like lip rings, but I see one in your best photo and don't see one otherwise. Will you have one when I appear at the door or won't you?  If you will them i am not your client and that's okay, but if you won't then you unnecessarily scared off a potential customer. The short hair in *combination* with the stern expression (short hair and a smile looks like a cute friendly chick with an attitude, which I personally find hot) looks masculine and intimidating - more dominatrix than top-notch fellatrix. If that is the clientele you want, fine, but the text of your page indicates your are a "sugar princess" in need of a king, when your photos look more like the sugar princess's favorite disciplinarian when she talks back to the king.

I would advise thinking carefully about your strengths as a provider (personality as well as features) and how to best display those strengths in photos. Then work with your photographer to make it happen. I suspect you will get more clients and they will be happier getting the girl with the personality advertised

I read your reviews where they make the "touched up" statement. One of the guys gave you 8/9 so he wasn't really complaining, but the reviewers seemed to be saying that you looked better in the photos than in person. Can't say why not having met you, but it could be explained by things like makeup, or having a bad day, or just the fact that you show your face clearly and most airbrushed girls don't.

IMHO...photos are a personal preference. There is no right or wrong in either route you go. As long as they represent you in a clear and precise manner and so that whether your head is chopped off or blurred, the gentlemen you meet with can tell in a heartbeat it is you when you walk in the room, then you did your job. Don't ever post photos that don't look like you no matter how 'pretty' they look on the screen...false advertising is a great way to ruin your reputation immediately and why would anyone want to pump themselves to be something they are not. Proof is in the pudding when you meet face to face. Period. Leave something for the imagination but represent yourself and you will be good to go.

and my answer is there is no rime or reason the way people give scores in reviews. One potential reason, most reviewers give out their handles so, the providers know them and they don’t want to give a low score. In some cases, if they give lower score, providers hounds the reviewer (there are numerous post on TER about this). Even though reviews can be posted now under an alias, most don’t because reference, TER white lists, bragging right about # of reviews and what not.

Score inflation is known issue and most live with it. Personally, I don’t believe in any scores at all. I write very few reviews and try to keep my handle as private as I can.

Hopefully, this clears up few things for you but, I would say, don’t make your score so important.

worry about you. Don't worry about buzz, and don't worry about why other girls are getting 10's and you aren't. Just continue to invest in yourself and your business...be self-critical and honest with yourself - and go for quality over quantity (your idea of quality will evolve over time, trust me).

I personally feel that if I ever have a sky-high profile and am HEAVILY in demand, I'm doing something catastrophically wrong. That's partly a reflection of my market (and rate structure, to a degree) but there you have it. Some girls are supermodel types and super-friendly, and do nothing more than give good service (and/or are nymphomaniacally rabid greek enthusiasts or gushing squirters)...but trust me, *most* of those girls you're wondering about, get the attention they get because they're willing to do things that other girls WON'T. Whether that's some icky or unsafe activity, or doing greek with EVERYONE who asks, or meeting a 'hobbyist friend who helps you with your business and introduces you to all of his friends' - at a discount, of course. THAT is how you generate buzz. My one disclaimer would be that my frame of reference is NYC, and NYC is a crazy market...but I have the feeling that what trends there, will spread elsewhere, if it hasn't already...as non-hobby things tend to do

but your pictures don't draw me in.  Few of your pictures have even a hint of a smile...  they are good other wise but facial expression is everything.  Different smiles.  Happy to see you!  Grin!  Foxy / Naughty!
Minimizer the pictures that don't show the expression you want.  Many, including myself, base their decisions on recent pictures, real pictures & finally if they show a good attitude on the game we are contemplating playing.

You're a pretty lady with a great lean body. You should definitely smile in the photos or show the passionate side of you. You can work with the photographer on poses and shooting you the best way to bring this out in the pictures. I like a mix of professional and candid shots.

To show your face or not is a personal choice.
