When "real vs. advertised age" threads used to come up on TER, I often expressed the opinion that I didn't care as much about "real" as I did about "believable" ... to ME.  If you look, feel and act age X then, to me, you are X.

The problem was when Providers made age claims that were believable to themselves only.

I guess P411 will use real (validated) gov ID to set the age claims?  I'm not on P411 but I would still be satisfied to hear "My real age is X but my admirers tell me that I look, feel and act like I'm Y."

Pre-FOSTA SESTA, when TER was still working properly, it was suggested by someone that the "age" field automatically increment by +1 on the anniversary of the creation of the Profile. A pretty easy bit of programming. TER could still display 5-year ranges, but on the 5th (or appropriate) anniversary, the DISPLAYED Profile age would automatically change from 26-30 to 31-35 and so on. No backsies!

Actually I have updated my real age every year for the past few years. I didn't ask for P411 to hide my age, it seems to have been done automatically. Not my choice because I am proud to be 37, I could pass as younger, but I prefer to be accurate because I find that my current age attracts more clients who are interested in dinner dates and overnights. When I was younger, the number of 2 - 3 hour appointments was greater, as was the number of clients in a week. I prefer a few quality dates per month.
