Indeed, Viagra is not recommended for everyone (drug interactions, side effects etc.) I would be careful buying something that hasn't been prescribed by a physician or sold anywhere else but a reputable pharmacy.

No. Go to your doctor, go to the pharm, pay your 10$ a pill. Mexico pharms are safe and no prescription ness. Same price. Bought real Viagra in Bangkok out of a well known pharm (Boots Pharm) but wouldn't buy them off the street. The ones you will buy are not real. They cant sell real ones in US without a script.

In fact in most of the countries I travel to, Viagra is available over the counter, as are most other ED meds.

I know this is not of much help to the OP, but it does refute the prevailing opinion that "dick pills" are somehow dangerous and should only be used under a doctors care.

Personally all it does for me is give me a headache, but then again I don't have any real need for it and you probably shouldn't wash it down with a quart of tequila anyhow. lol

Viagra patent ran out. Many countries does not recognize patent extensions by greening. Greening is small change in composition to extent the patent. US allows it but not all countries.

I've gotten free samples of Vitamin V (and Vitamin C) from those overseas grey-market distributors.  In general, I've seen no difference between those and the name-brand stuff here in the US.  The only exception would that the quality of the pill construction is better in the US--they use better inert ingredients to provide the "glue" that prevents the table from flaking into a million pieces.  If you down 'em in a hurry to minimize the taste considerations, you should be fine.

For my money, I do much better with Levitra than V; I do have health insurance, so I pay a very high co-pay for it--my plan would obviously rather that I go for the V--but I don't like how it make my feels.  Makes me harder, but also cuts way down on actual sensation.  Between that and a condom, this old man has no chance...
