This has probably been batted around before, but what does it take to get the profiles updated,  I can think of a couple of additions:

preggo - 1st trimester, 2nd trimester, 3rd trimester

rimjob - give, take, both

lactation - yes, no

GS - give, take, both

Plenty more where that came from and I'm sure others have ideas too.  I'm curious to know if an update is even something that will happen in the near future?

HD - hole diving  yes, no
