I can see that you are frustrated, but believe me you are doing something wrong. Go back to the newbie board for help, people are nicer there. This site has it's idiosyncrasies, but if you take a breath and explore a little, and pay attention, you'll be fine.
Stupid question, are you searching in reviews or are you searching the SF board? Go back to "search reviews" and make sure the form is blank except for city, I promise you'll get several thousand hits of providers. You can then view their profiles and be linked to their sites.
If you hit contact us and sent a message to admin and they responded by asking you questions, they are trying to help you. They're trying to figure out WTH you are doing so they can help. Go to account manager --> my feedback, open the message and you can most certainly respond to their questions to you. At the bottom, where it says REPLY.
Oh, BTW, you don't need VIP to do anything I've talked about here.
Calm the hell down, take a few deep breaths, and start over from the beginning. Everything will be okay if you keep your head on straight.
