The problem with your post CPA
is that McDonald just started a thread on multiple aliases a couple days ago and it is still on the first page, so this thread will get removed (rightfully) as there is an "active" thread on the topic. This thread will disappear without scumbagicus even having to report it for being "mean."

Of course I am in agreement with your premise and it is a good topic, but you should have worded it differently so it had a better chance of remaining. As you can see it already turned into an alias vs no alias thread, completely removed from the whole sercapsunkompus topic.

We can revisit in another day or so.  And that'll give komputerus some more time to contact TER and ask for another handle.

We could make this an Olympic sport.   And ole Serpie is looking for a gold medal in having the most handles ever.

Do people really want to see more drama on this board?  I mean, I know it's fun to watch a trainwreck unfold, and there is that morbid curiosity, but seems to me that if everyone just dropped the topic in question, there would be a reset button, and we could all stop reading about this same issue over and over.

I know it takes at least one person to do it first, and the temptation is always there to drudge up that topic again, but I dunno...someone has to try.

McD's post was in regards to multiple "aliases", CCPA's was in regards to multiple "handles" as our favorite stalker has changed handles yet again. He changes handles so frequently, I doubt he even has any need to use aliases. lol

I hope this thread remains, if people don't know who the stalker is, they might actually take his bullshit seriously.

And you know what he meant, but I still think he chose a poor choice of subject lines. If I recall, his subject line was something like "multiple aliases need to be revisited," which was pretty much exactly what McD's topic was about. In CPA's post, of course he talked about the stalker with the multiple handles, and mentioned if someone can have multiple handles, then we should be allowed multiple aliases. A valid topic, and not the same As McD's, but I believe only hookercops and myself responded to his topic, and cubbie, macdaddy and Curly made it an alias/anti alias thread. That and the subject line turned it into McD's "active" thread.
Perhaps if we had real mods, it would have been allowed to stay up, but I knew in new TER, it wouldn't, and my point was in this case, they had a justified reason to remove it, rather than for being "rude, mean, or offensive."

Of course I agree with your other points. I hope this thread does stay up, but I wouldn't be surprised if assholeus has another handle already, which is why we need to stay on top of him.
(it is also why even banning doesn't work. It is too easy to create a new handle.)
