He says, it usually occurs when girls are CG'ing him, and when they get off, there is blood on the condom. Mostly all of the providers tell him that its unusual because they did not expect the period for another 2 weeks or so. Am I missing something? Ladies are, as far as I know, at their most fertile at the mid-point of their cycle, and it seems impossible that your friend can induce any lady he has sex with to have her period as a result of him having sex with her, his penis size notwithstanding.   Bleeding from the menstrual cycle originates in the ladies uterus, which is impenetrable by even the most well endowed guys because the cervix blocks access.  The cervical opening is only large enough to allow semen to get through...not even the most pencil dicked dudes can get it through.  If somehow they did burst her cervix, I would think this would be a major injury to the lady which would require immediate medical care on an emergency basis.  

The only scenario I can envision is that his size, coupled with inadequate lubrication and vigorous intercourse, is causing the lady's vaginal walls to tear or be abraded, thus causing the bleeding.  It's also possible that the ladies he sees where this occurs have yeast infections, STD's, or other problems that he (and maybe she) is not aware of.    

It would be helpful if any MD's or other medical professionals who read this would take few minutes, and provide their professional POV on this issue.

So this conversation started in a bar and as you drank more and more together, the story became more and more amazing. Not only that, it became more and more believable... to you....LOL.

I do think your friend is embellishing about it happening 75% of the time though. He is correct about it being in cowgirl because that's how it happened with me. It was a very deep cowgirl where his balls were touching me. It was a lengthy encounters whereas I was on him like that and had one hand on the wall to keep him in deep. Not long afterwards I started spotting and then I got my period. Yeast infections have absolutely nothing to do with it or does STDs. It's just something that sometimes happens.

The menstrual cycle is dependent on the fluctuation of hormones in the women's body. The only way to start or postpone a period is by taking hormone pills which I am sure all ladies must be well aware of. The only thing that can be started early by vigorous fucking is Labor in a girl who is pregnant to term and this is because the semen contains substances that can induce labor and also manipulation of the cervix by the penis during intercourse can sometimes trigger labor in term pregnant ladies.

At most , the period can probably be induced a few days early by vigorous fucking, not two weeks ahead. Because at this stage of the cycle, the uterus growth should normally not be sufficient to cause a period .....

Crazy Diamond is right, the bleeding could be from the vaginal wall or the cervix itself which is very vascular(rich blood supply).... and they will need to be checked by their OBGYn...

This happened to me a couple of months ago. Until that night the only giant ones i had seen like it were in porn movies. Funny part too is this man is maybe 5'7" 140lbs and caucasian. It is possible that orgasm can bring on a period a couple days early, but not too likely 2 weeks. It's more likely he's hitting their cervix, which will cause minimal bleeding, having nothing to do w/the ladies period. It will look like trace amounts, but is not really their period starting, just their cervix has been hit too many times, & WILL bleed.

There is something called “spotting’ or ‘break through bleeding’ which can occur for any number of reasons---(only) ‘one’ being a woman’s body adjusting to hormone levels in oral contraceptives.

I would think if your dude friend was pounding on a woman cervix hard enough to cause bleeding she would be squealing with discomfort. At least, I would hope so…. But, who knows?
