My money, my rules.
Personally, I just don't see the point in taking a chance on a woman who refuses to allow reviews when there are so many who do. The only way I would even consider it is on a "I meet you in person and have my tongue halfway down your throat BEFORE a single penny changes hands" basis. lol
I would further stress that if I don't like what I see, OR if she tries to give only give me a "peck on the cheek" before getting payment that I reserve the right to walk without living a dime. Once again, "My money, my rules" vs "My body, my rules" and I really don't expect any of the hookers charging high rates combined with a no review policy to agree to my terms, no big loss as far as I am concerned. I can go on P 411 and find several hooker providers with reviews, I can't possibly fuck them all, so I see no reason to waste the time with those who don't.
I do remember during the "dark days" of TER there was a "battle of wills" between the hookers and the johns in many/most of the bigger cities where a bunch of hookers with GPS tried to bully the horny johns into seeing them ONLY after jumping through endless hoops, charging outrageous prices, and in many cases DEMANDING deposits for dates as short as a single hour. Unfortunately those HDH's ended up winning the battle of wills and proved once again just how powerful the pussy really is. Personally I stuck to my rule of "I will beg for pussy, I will pay for pussy, but I will NOT beg to pay for pussy" and I refused to play along. Fortunately I was getting plenty of pussy in the Sugar Bowl so I never even considered caving into the demands of these demanding ho's, nor will I do so now.
For the life of me, I really don't understand why providers are hopping on the "no reviews allowed" bandwagon. It is basically getting away with fraud. A provider can charge a huge sum of money, deliver a major disappointment of a session, and the client can't warn anyone to stay away??!!! Who is the real victim here??!! The whole purpose of a review is so the buyer can beware.
If a provider wants to keep her bad service a secret, then she should charge less. Yes, there are a ton of fake reviews out there, but it's up to the mongers to determine if they are legit or not. After all, what would be the use of TER if everyone stopped posting reviews?
In case you missed it, this is an illegal business that operates in the shadows. And you are still free to review a provider here. The problem is the ground has shifted and none of us can do anything about it. Except keep reviewing here and hope the logic of seeing well-reviewed girls prevails. Or set up your own local network of mongers who share info and hope the Twitter world eventually collapses.
He has the right to be quiet.
Hey that's an actual right, right?
The right to shut up.
Let me forgo my right to shut up.
It's "forgo" a word? I forget.
I like it. STFU. Watch social media collapse. No more noise. If only.
"Although forego and forgo have distinct meanings—forego meaning "to go before" and forgo meaning "to do without"—it is not uncommon to find forego in place of forgo. Most standard dictionaries find such use acceptable, so feel free to express that you "will forego dessert" or "will forgo it," with the only caveat that you will have to explain why you would do such a thing."

Providers have the option to have a no-review policy, and I have the choice of whether to see them. Along with price, location, screening policy, etc., it's an important factor for me. I don't think I've ever seen a girl with a no-review policy, and I'm unlikely to. I've seen girls who just hadn't been reviewed yet. Won some, lost some.
I too, have seen a few ladies who simply hadn't had reviews yet...and found a few that were actually very good providers.
But I just won't see a lady who is shielding herself from reviews...
As enticing as some of the ladies look, I cant quell my suspicions that their reasons for being anti review, are due to being of questionable ethics, or asking large donations for minimal service. It is absolutely a providers right to perform at any level she chooses, but asking 4,5 or more per hour for minimal service is either delusional, or downright disreputable.
In short...clients have no rights, and the only thing you can do is try to make your own informed decision, or uninformed leap of faith. Im sure that I have missed out on several ladies who are amazing at their craft, but I can live with that better than I could being bamboozled.
and each side has its own set of rights.
For the escort, she can request no reviews, and even ask to be delisted should they deem that in their own interest.
On the clients' side, there is the right to see or not see whom we choose, and that includes not seeing a provider who has no reviews. If more clients would exercise that option, the former situation would eventually take care of itself one way or another.
Ironically, one of my favorites has a "no-review" policy on account of the fact that she is not interested in the type of client who is a habitué of this kind of forum; nevertheless she does have several good reviews, and based on that fact I saw her and am very glad that I did.
Sometimes, opposites come together to form favorable situations.

Someone who researches?
Someone who is internet-savvy?
Someone who reviews sex workers?
This can be understood in so many ways lol
I don't think every provider with a no review policy is about ripping off the customers. One might suggest that EVERY UTR provider is a no review provider (though will likely not have an ad site so not reviewable any how).
I agree with Fisher that TER does a pretty good job of balancing the two sides here, which do have somewhat competing goals -- as is true in all markets between the buyer and seller.
Last, just because a provider has a no review policy doesn't mean they can really get a way with a lot. First, just don't see anyone you don't have something more than their ad as your basis for seeing. If you see someone with a no review policy you can still submit the review -- YOU are not under any obligation to honor that restriction if you didn't get what was promised -- TER may or may not honor it. Moreover, you can certainly post in the local boards, and even the national board, to call out the provider's poor offering.
Perfect solution? Of course not but reviews are hardly perfect either.
I suppose the question might be, did you just have a bad experience with a "no review" provider and doing a bit of venting here or is this really just a general statement about a pattern you have been seeing related to no review policies on ad sites?
UTR providers are usually ladies who have spent years building a solid client base, and the go under after having their selection for a solid rotation to keep them whole. I think that is probably the goal of any provider who looks for longevity in this game, while others are just looking for that quick influx, and desire to get in, get out, and never look back to this life.
There are extremely high end UTR ladies also... the 9nes who are semi famous, but they handpick clients, rather than add them after the fact. And those ladies are only attainable by clients with both very high income, as well as a lifestyle that brings them into contact with these ladies to begin with.
It really only takes a couple of bad encounters to dissuade guys from taking leaps. Its just sad that it has to happen to begin with.
Not venting. Just a general statement about a trend I'm noticing. I avoid providers with "no review" policies, but I was recently tempted to see one. I wondered, "what is trying to hide?"

seem to be oblivious to . . . . "my money, my rules." I will often TOFTT with a new Kgirl, because its rare to get bad service and even if I do, the rate is more than reasonable, so I don't take a big hit on a clunker. However, when it comes to indies, I will not see a girl with no reviews, whether its because she is brand new or because of a no-review policy. I consider myself a risk taker, but not for $800-1000/hr with no reviews. It never ceases to amaze me how guys get sucked into seeing girls with a no-reviews policy and then whine about it afterwards when it was THEIR choice to not leave that money in their pocket for a girl with reviews.
I'd like to file a report about a working girl I just saw. See, I didn't have a great time with the sex I paid her to have with me and now she won't let me tell my fellow johns how it went. That's right, I feel defrauded and that my rights have been violated. Did I know paying for sex is illegal? Well sure but I just . . . What's that you say? I'm an idiot? How dare you. I guess I'll just have to call your boss. Hello? Hello?!
So she has a no review policy...Can a dissatisfied client still post one?
Certainly, the client can rant on their local board or here with enough hints to ID an unlisted provider.
Or you could just get over it.
I doubt very much that TER goes and reads her website to see if she has one.
Therefore you should be able to write . At that point she can complain to TER and she will either have to drop the policy or be delisted/
Just my opinion on how they operate
Unless of course she has already been delisted, in which case you would not be able to write a review on her.
Other than that, yes that is how it works.
Oops, I did forget one thing, every once in a while a review is submitted on a provider who has been delisted, but somehow it slips through the cracks and gets approved, I do remember a couple of the "No reviews allowed" providers whining about this happening to them.
Years ago I would say a woman with a no review policy was trying to hide bad service. Scammers would also change names as their reputations caught up with them. But that is another story.
These days I understand reviews can be perceived as evidence of illegal activity.
I am currently involved with an agency that does not want "external" reviews. They have a member's only www. with reviews posted by clients. The services of their women has been good, which is why I continue calling. There may be some "bad" reviews that don't get posted...but those girls might be quietly taken out of the gallery. I don't know for sure. As long as good service continues I will keep calling them. The "member only" reviews do provide useful information about ladies preference and specific skills.
