This message addresses a Southern Calif Hobbiest, whom also travels.

1st Let me say that I thought long and hard about making this post before doing so!  As for posting under an alias, well many of you know this alias from chat and who I am, so I felt that would be enough.  


 So here it is, as direct as I can stated it.  I very active and well published hobbiest on this board has beed passing bad checks. I won't give his real name but fell I MUST tell his TER name.  It is DateaMan &/or Dataman.  Ladies it is time to stop this!  I understand he has done this in the past, and I know it has happened twice recently.  B E W A R E of his promises.  Now I know many of you are thinking, how silly for any lady to take a check.  So without many details, I'll say, the gal was new, and after all I am/was "friends" with him, and of course he made her all kinds of promises to make good with cash later that day.
So she took the check versus walking away with nothing.


LADIES DO NOT let him get away with this anymore!  If you think you have been contacted by him, just say NO! But if you are not sure, I'll do all that I can to help you sort it out.

I am posting this information as a caution to all providers.
