I have never been with a woman 6 inches taller than me, but I have noticed that with taller women, with long femurs. (leg bones to you) I do have to hike myself up a bit to have the right angle. I can only imagine if a woman was 6 inches taller than me and was "all legs"

I'm 5'9" and have seen ladies well over 6'. Don't be intimidated. Remember that you are there to have fun. A couple of pointers: have her remove her heels. Have her sit for the initial chit-chat and dfks. During CG you'll be in a great position to play with her tits since they'll be in your face. If she's too tall for comfortable doggy, substitute RCG. Do standing Mish at the end of the bed and enjoy those long legs. In short (no pun intended) height difference is easy to use to your advantage.
