I am too embarrassed to use my user name. But what is the best tool to shave balls, and where can I buy it. It’s an emergency-The provider I am about to see for the second time told me either shave or find somebody else. I don't think I'll see her any more, but still, I want to give the lady I see a better experience

Nair, will work but be careful...it can really irritate the skin.

It's not rocket science.  
Lots of soap and a safety razor.

don't use regular soap, it's too drying. use your favorite shaving cream and a safety razor. you'll never get it all in a single pass. you have to shave an area, dry, examine, repeat, etc... unless you can position a magnifying mirror under your ass to monitor your progress

after you've finished and dried, apply aloe (not any fake bottled crap, buy a plant). it will soothe any burn and irritation. the next day, apply some cocoa butter - palmer's cocoa butter formula works great.

I've got a cordless beard trimmer type gizmo that I bought to keep the chest hairs nice and trimmed. Low and behold it works great on the johnson area as well!  Got it at CVS for $20 or so.

I'd be a little scared of those big electric clippers like the ones they use at the hair salon. CVS sells these too, so I'd make sure you go for the small one, I believe it's typically called a beard trimmer on the box. I use it regularly on my greater pelvic region and it works great.

I simply shave in the shower with my regular twin blade facial razor and soap.  I've read to use new razors and I've read to use somewhat used razors.  I usually do the latter.

Strangely, I've only ever once had a girl comment on my being shaved.  She liked it and said she doesn't see it very often.

Everybody is different but my nads just don't require such pampering before OR after shaving. Hell; I dry shave em' quite often and don't have any irritation problems(Balls of steel I guess).

A provider demanding you to shave? how whacked is that? All my guys get the same treatment whether smooth or hairy. I would rather have them come back to me then to get the obvious questions from the S.O. its a red flag for any wife when a guy all of a sudden starts with this.

Its difficult to maintain, and it is harsh on your skin. If you absolutely are hell bent on it, use shaving cream and most importantly a brand new razor, possibly Venus. I would suggest sitting on the side of the tub and gripping your ass cheek firmly, do one side then the other. Lift testicles in the cup of you hand and use short strokes. Change razors, it may take you up to 3 razors to do it right, or trim the hair to 1 inch using sissors first. Any provider should do this for you, and it will be a nice time. I wax. So I get furry and then smooth. I am half Italian, and so its tough for me to shave. Oh yes, there is this great stuff Aveeno makes out of colloidal oatmeal that is in the baby diapers section. Its diaper rash ointment. Good stuff.

He does have the choice of just not seeing her. She has the choice of not going below his penis. Honestly, just the thought of having someone's hair in my mouth makes me want to run to the toilet and barf. But maybe that is just me? lol

I agree, there really is nothing to it I just do it in the shower and it's easier than shaving your face. The first time when there is a lot of hair is a little more difficult but it's still very easy. Now I do it it with every shower and just use the water no soap or shaving cream needed.

H.M., take it from an old pro at this, your usual razor (like a Trac II or Mach III) is the right tool for the job.  Most guys base their fear on the disdain many of us have in shaving our faces and the obvious sensitivity of the area involved.  But trust me, mowin' the lawn on the warehouse grounds is a piece of cake, way easier than shaving your face.  Trim the hair short with scissors or clippers, and then bring your razor to the shower with you...  Soap those bad boys up (no shaving cream required) and finish the job with a razor.

Michelle...thanks for your words of sanity. I am sure providers (at least many) prefer the shaved type, but I tried this once and besides getting a strange look from a civilian date (why?  do you do porno films?) it irritated like hell.  But then again, I don't insist on the shaved bush below either also it always seems the case.

To require a hobbiest to alter his physique in any way in order for her to see him again. I would never impose my own sexual preferences on someone. It is not a hygiene issue. Its a power trip on her part.

Simple, trim what you can short with sissors. That a nice hot shower, right after use shaving cream and a razor same rules shaving face and neck apply.  You will find you feel things so much better afterwards and may like it.

I have been shaving for about a year now and have gotten many  great compliments from the ladies.   I will do a qiuck shave every other day or so to keep it up but if I let it go for a week or so I use a beard trimmer, that gets pretty close, around the area and  then a new razor to get a smooth feel.

Okay. But, how is having someone's hair in your mouth not a hygiene issue????? LOL I just never heard of some nonesense before. I gather that all of us here would love to go to our favorite resturant and eat roaches, hair, flies and everything else that they put into our soup, and really be expected to enjoy it???? Okay, I get it! Some people actually love having those things such as flies, hair, and everything else which is VERY not clean in their mouths. I guess the statement of "to each their own" must hold true! Oh, by the way, I love dick and dick loves me, as long as it's trimmed, shaved, and very clean! lol

If a guy uses good old soap and water, and scrubs it three times, it's fine. If a guy is funky smelling, I jump in the shower with him, and scub him down with dial antibacterial soap. I just expressed my opinion about not wanting pubic hair in my mouth. All of a sudden, I am the bad person here lol Now, if you read further down the post, there are men basically giving their approval on shaving area. Does that make them a bad person, too?Just because some people could care less if they are  eating pubic hair, DOES NOT MEAN, that most would want the same. Or does it?  lol I just happen to like a clean man, shaved man. There is nothing wrong with that, and I am pretty sure that there are other women out there, who may feel the same way, but may not speak up about it.

can be quite irrating on the upper lip. Freshly shaved or a few days growth, no problem. But, it's different for the skin on the outside of a muff. ONly my lips and tongue are going to brush agianst it. But my pud, now that's a different story. If I get the least bit of stubble on my shaft it can be quite irrating whilst humping.

So it would seem what works best for me is either shave that day and be VERY careful or allow a few days growth. So the question would be, if there was one, is stubble on a cock as irrating as stubble on a muff?

Just before is the way to go...  I try to schedule mid-morning appointments so that I arrive with a fresh shower and a shave that is only hours old.

I agree, just the slightest amount of stubble is the worst option of all.

The guy told me to not brush teeth before oral sex, or eat things like potato chips (scratches throat) as this is an increased risk for STD transmission. I wonder what you guys think about having the bottom of the shaft of your penis lightly abraised from shaving as a risk factor before sex. I would just put it out there that you should do this shaving the night before, or the morning of, but not right before. Look for cuts and make sure the condom rolls all they way down the shaft of the penis.
