I just got the following from my brother in Las Vegas.  I thought it might be of general interest.Interesting bit on the news last night. Sheri's Ranch has just been sold to a group of investors, who have also purchased 310 acres of land and are going to build a complete resort there...keeping and enlarging the brothel.  There will be a full blown hotel-casino, golf course, swimming pools. There was also an interview with the Nye County Sheriff in which he says he NEVER has had a law enforcement problem because of the brothel, and in fact thinks that there would be more problems without it.The investors hope to attract high-rollers who will stay for days instead of hours. This may change the face of LPIN forever.

Talk about being victims of your own success.  I think it's time Nevada re-thinks it's outdated laws about keeping the houses in the middle of real estate only suitable for a nuclear test range.  Have they looked around Las Vegas recently?  Orange County isn't the only place that's hypocritical.

I saw the news magazine Sunday nite. The principals are apparently retired Vegas detectives. Definitely puts a new spin on putting "your PUTTER in the hole." When's the first tournament?
