Atlanta is a great hobby town, but it "pales" pun inteded in comparison to some of the great hobby cities in the world
Again, as has already been posted, personal choices vary widely as do budgets, but I'll at least chip in with my $.02
If you are into asia, Thailand, Vietnam, and the Phillipines have got to top the list as hobby destinations.
North America would have to be either Montreal or Toronto, I would definitely stay clear of Mexico, great place to get yourself killed nowadays.
The Carribean, I would only recommend a couple of the islands as hobbying desinations, The DR of course, especially if you prefer the ebony ladies, or Aruba, the hobbying is cheap, but everything else is a bit pricey. all the girls are in St Nicholas, an area on the other end of the island from the casinos and resorts, most of the Chicas are from either Venezuela or Colombia, they come to work for 90 days and live in the little incall rooms above the many strip joints, figure about $50 including house fee for a hottie.
Central America, Costa Rica and Panama are the two best countries to travel to, and the only two I would recommend. Costa Rica is a mongers paradise, Jaco on the beach and San Jose are the two best destinations, the Del Rey has faded a bit from it's peak about five years ago, but still has wall to wall chicas for a hundred bucks or less that could get $500 hr here in the states.
South America, Colombia has become my favorite hobby destination in the world, I plan on spending all of next week there, Bogota, Medellin, and Cartagena are all great destinations. Cartagen is a bit pricey, but only by Colombian standards. Brazil reputation goes without saying, but remember to get a visa, it's the only country in SA that requires one. Venezuela is beuatiful with gorgeous women, but it's a bit dicey, Ecuador is a poor mans version of Colombia with many Colombianna hotties that work there. Argentina was a huge dissappointment for me, prices have skyrocketed over the last three years, there are beautiful womnen there, but expect to pay prices for everything on par with prices at home.

Oh shit, I forgot Europe. Besides the FKK clubs in Germany, the very well known Prague in the Czech Republic, and the Eastern European coutries which are also well documented, you might check out Lugano Switzerland, it is like a European version of Costa Rica, complete with an international smorgasboard of women. If Europe is in your plans, this place is not to be missed.
