I think that you should sit down and talk to her about the safety practices she implements when she is working and see what you both are conformable with.

If a guy has to ask about whether a condom is in order, you have to wonder if he doesn't get that having a provider for a GF is not all about pussy and joy. Rather, he'll not only be crying in his warm beer when this goes sour (and it will), but that he genuinely doesn't get it.

If the woman wants to be financially independent as a source of self-empowerment; there are about 20,000 ways she can do that without having to have sex with other men.

As far as concessions go, I don't see an issue with that either. In any relationship each requires concessions from the other to some degree. After all, there are things a man will accept in a provider that he would be less willing to accept in a spouse; just as providers routinely accept attributes in hobbyists they would never accept in a spouse.

Sometimes people get confused about this issue because they misunderstand men. A woman projects herself, and as she wouldn't ordinarily (sans payment) have sex with a man who wasn't wonderful, she sees the man actually paying to have sex with her as his complete acceptance of her as she is. This is incorrect. In exchange for ready-access to sex, the man not only pays with time and money, but will also compromise on a number or issues. His reproductive strategy aims at quantity.  But if that exact same woman were to propose marriage, he might very well look at her and rattle off a whole bunch of ways he found her unsuitable.

Not just from an STD stand point but also for a not wanting to have a crying baby keeping you up all night in about 9 months.  Nothing is 100% and in order to reduce chances of having an issue condoms paired up with another BC source help reduce both of the above issues.  Raw feels better for sure, but the side effects of what can happen by doing so far outweigh a little bit of plastic and a lady taking a pill everyday.

If you or her have more than one sex partner you should always wear a condom. I got chlamydia from a provider that gave it to me during a BBBJ. I gave chlamydia to my wife who works at a brothel. Who knows who or if she gave it to. We both had to give up sex for nearly a month because of our being careless and she had to miss anther month of work on top of that. Thank God that I screen monthly and caught it be fore I spread it to far. The brothel did not always screen for oral chlamydia as they should so it was missed in their weekly tests. Condoms are not 100% effective at preventing the spread of STD's, so even if your partner only plays safe with her clients your risks are still higher with her than any normal monogamous girlfriend. If you see providers besides her you increase her risk as well. Even if you play safe, and only play with her, get tested often. I do a basic STD screening monthly and a comprehensive one every three months. I know longer engage in uncovered anything but oral or hand with anyone including my wife. Chlamydia is not that big of deal as it easily is treated with antibiotics, but there are STD's that are not so easily treated like hepatitides A & C, herpes, and HIV/AIDS that can not be treated with antibiotics. Some of which can be fatal in some cases and are a very big deal. If you are hobbying or are dating a lady in the hobby always play safe with every sex partner every time. So here is my advise on how to protect yourself from STD's while dating a provider, ALWAYS WEAR A CONDOM and GET TESTED OFTEN FOR STD'S. Don't be stupid like me and my wife was. We got lucky it was just chlamydia and nothing scarier or something that can't be treated. We are both STD free now I know because I just got a comprehensive screening Monday and my wife had on a few weeks ago.

I'm interested as to how you know you got chlamydia from receiving BBBJ.  I've done a lot of research on this lately and my conclusion is that its near impossible if not impossible to receive chlamydia orally.  You will find several sources that say its possible but when you dig deeper for specifics and consult experts you find that it is not possible.  Of the various bacterial stds, that one in particular does not transfer orally.  Of course there are several nasty things you can get from BBBJ specifically gonorrhea, herpes, syphilis and ngu.  Of these, ngu (non-chlamydia) is the most likely.  Also, research will tell you that although possible those stds are not easily transmitted orally, at least not was easily as vaginally or anally.  

I'm not saying you didn't get something orally, and not saying you didn't get chlamydia, just wondering how you know for sure it was the provider BBBJ.
