I can't turn off my spam controls because i'll get all sorts of junk but now i'm finding some email replies & reservation forms there, is there another way to filter with AOL?

Easy -set up a hotmail account that the rest of the world doesn't know about. Then use it for clients only. However, the more you post the address, the more spam you will get. Set the options for filtering the junk mail to moderate at first and see how long it works for you. Problem is that AOL sells your address unless you expressly prohibit it when you sign up.

You should be able to say that a sender who was shunted to
the spam folder is actually legit.  I learned this 'cause
I just cranked up the spam filtering last week.

I use hotmail and they allow this.

There are far fewer emails that required this - and it
only has to be done once for each (legit) sender - than
the spam that comes in.

hope this helps,
