Some swear they only want natural bodies natural bust, natural curves, minimal editing, minimal enhancements. Others openly admit they prefer a more sculpted or enhanced look and feel more drawn to that style.
What’s interesting is that most clients who bring this up say their preference isn’t as simple as “natural vs enhanced.” They care more about proportion, softness, energy, and how someone carries herself. Some say they’ve seen natural bodies that looked heavily filtered, and enhanced bodies that felt completely real in person. So it’s not always about surgery it’s about the overall vibe.
A few clients mentioned that their preferences have changed over time. Some used to be firmly on one side but had an unexpectedly great experience that shifted how they see things. Do you personally lean toward natural bodies, enhanced bodies, or does it depend on the person and the experience overall?
Yes some gals find amazing surgeons and I like their work but it’s rare maybe 1/10, but I generally avoid obvious fake titties. But, I also don’t like mommy titties so if I’m craving a milf experience, enhanced is ok with the right gal. I do not like and avoid lip and butt (BBL) enhancements.
For me, and the male friends I have, there is nothing appealing about a human Barbie. When the enhancements (lips, boobs, butt) are so unrealistic that the woman looks like she walked out of a science lab, count me out.
OTOH, proportionate enhancements on a woman who was already attractive will certainly get my attention. The sight of a well rounded bust in a bikini top still makes my head turn and may influence (and certainly has influenced) my decision whether to see a lady.
But the proof is always in the pudding. I've seen far too many women whose breast enhancements were a turnoff once the clothes came off. Sometimes it was because they just looked unnatural in the flesh. The much bigger problem is when they're so hard that they don't yield to the touch. There's just no fun for me in trying to suck and squeeze an inflated basketball. I've noticed even in my duo meetings there's substantially less breast play between the ladies when one or the other has an overly firm boob job. I see the same thing in girl-girl porn. If a lady has gone for size over suppleness and pliancy, I'm unlikely to see her (or at least unlikely to see her more than once).
Having said all that, I absolutely love all- natural women. I'd say 70% of the women I've seen (including duos) have had no enhancements, and it's been wonderful. Nature is still kicking ass in terms of making beautiful, sexy women, and I am a fan.
So bring on the variety.

And, that's the difference. A great surgeon does great work, and oh my are those nice. But some ladies go to some hack to save money. I have seen some bad ones. I always say, there are things in life - like Apple Sauce - where getting the cheaper store brand is just fine. But there are other things - like a boob job - that you do not fuck around with and make sure to get someone with a great rep. You can toss the Apple Sauce if you don't like it. But a bad boob job, not so easy.

For the most part, enhanced breasts don't feel right, and often don't even look right.
I'm fine with small natural breasts.
Same goes for injections and the like. Very rare to find enhancements that hold up to the test of time.
Honestly I have seen some women with enhanced breasts that were amazing and almost impossible to know that they aren't natural.
On the flip side I've seen some with obvious looking, rock-hard implants. I find them to be a turn-off.

As I said above, enhancements that are proportionate, feel like breast and not a basketball, and that are attractive to look at can be quite fetching.
But it's a given that a bad boob job will draw negative reviews.
So no, I haven't sworn off all enhancements because of the poorly done ones.
And yes, I will avoid the poorly done enhancements where I can.

Face it, there are not that many natural 9’s and 10’s on the planet! That being said, what’s wrong with a little work, tastefully done? The first risk is choosing a level of work to augment reality and adjust imperfections! Making obviously fake or extreme changes is a turnoff, but otherwise go for it!
My personal take is I don't like the enhanced bodies that look and feel unnatural. I don't mind well done work any more than I like a woman that makes the effort to keep in shape by lots of exercise rather than those that just naturally are able to maintain a good shape due to good genes (don't have strong eating tendency, process fats well, higher metabolism for burning the incoming calories...).
rock hard titties...I'd rather slap around some pancakes or tennis balls in nylon. I have seen some beautiful work and it's always a pleasure to have a nice set with a touch of firmness. Pierced nipples are not my thing and always a turn off as well along with any other piercing.

Around 2 years ago I ran into a old friend and her new lover, she looked absolutely great and we engaged in conversation. Apparently the new partner didnt care for us chatting and got rather upset when i asked him 'How are my tits? are they still soft and beautiful' he asked WTF i was talking about? I dont mind the enhancements. Ive been playing with a bhole attached to a BBL lately and its been a damn fine time.
I just had my 40th birthday and I'm a mom of three. I've always maintained a slender frame. I don't have much butt or breast. But I may be ready to change that... I wouldn't get these ridiculous BBLs that I see these days but maybe a little uplift... And I'm 5'10 so my body can handle some knockers.
With that being said, I think I was sought out for my slender athletic frame. It didn't matter that I didn't have enhancements. Post babies, I did get my stomach done. Pre-baby I had a six pack. I wanted it back post baby! I also sometimes work as a fitness instructor. Mainly during the summers.... I just wanted my stomach done!
My advice is to do what will make YOU comfortable. There will be a business for you. A lot of people told me that I wouldn't be profitable as a Black girl with no ass... They were wrong. No one can say how these things will go.

I question whether--even though you use the words "everyone" and "men" whether you can really speak for all men. I think even the handful of answers to the OP suggests there is not one, collective, universal answer for all men on this subject.
When questions like this are posed to a group, the most vocal and largest number of men tend to side on 'natural'. But swapping out my 600ccs for 1000ccs gave me the chance to double my hourly rate AND impose a 2hr minimum plus mandatory deposit.... and stay PLENTY busy.🤷🏻♀️

When men say they prefer natural, they are often comparing a woman who naturally has X features to one who through enhancement has the same X features. They're not comparing a woman with boobs half the size, whom they may prefer less than the women with enhanced larger ones. So, it absolutely makes sense to get enhancements if you feel there is room for improvement.
Also, I think a lot of men take greater notice to bad work. Not all enhancements are built the same. If I walk in and you look like a plastic barbie, it's easy for me to say I don't like the work done on you and prefer natural. On the flip side, if the work is done well, the idea is for you not to look plastic, but natural. I have seen plenty of women with enhancements done very well who are every bit as beautiful as those who have the same natural features.
The better the quality of work, both in looks and feel, the less a man will take notice. And, the more he will appreciate, whether he knows it or not, that you got the work done.
