carpal tunnel syndrome?  wait, let me try that again: Carpal Tunnel Syndrome?? :)

those of us who suffer from it find it painful to capitalize all but the most necessary letters. i too have a pet peeve about "debasement of language" in e-communications (hmmm ... that almost looks like e.e.cummings to a dyslexic like me!) but i find improper use of grammar more offensive than lack of capitalization.

as you can see, being the civic-minded person that i am, i actually DO bother to type my REVIEWS in "normal" text, lest someone find them hard to read!

Staff has just fixed the problem.  Even old reviews now show paragraph separation.

There was a review a couple of months ago that showed a successful paragraph separation but that was not applied system wide.  I believe Staff has finally fixed it after he was notified of the problem.

it's a good idea. the interface was way too primitive. there's no substitute for proper punctuation, carriage returns as well as "quotation signs" -- of course, not that everyone will use them properly!

in fact, i think the juicy details section of reviews should have an identical interface to that of message posting.

perhaps in the future one can even embellish "juicy details" with uploaded pictures!  LOL

Dare I add using capital letters to open sentences to your list?  Nothing personal, but the debasement of language in electronic communications is a pet peeve of mine.
