Have any of you girls used this product for the ultimate "not so fresh" problem?

If so, did you use it to clean or just for fun?  I can't believe I saw an ad for this product on ESPN during the Giants vs. Browns preseason game.

A towel, soap, and water work just fine for me

An exfoliating scrub a couple of times of the week, an enema on occasion, and a trip to the doc if something is off
