But that is more of a phenomenon on the GD as many here will discount for many reasons. Some will discount per the season, per her own financial picture at the time, some will let you buy down her hours and some will lower their rate because they have a big vacation coming and need money quick.
While it is accepted here by many, sadly is very frowned upon on the "60 and over Bored." A bizarre "group think" mentality pervades that place where one must ask the gals permission to post I believe. I will check with Mr. fisher if that is an actual rule or just an accepted practice.
There are never, ever discounts over there bc the guys just simply won't allow it and get this...you aren't even allowed to take a girl out to on an OTC lunch or dinner. I know what you're thinking. In this day and age with how far we have come with equal rights and the struggle in the streets, you would think a man could take his escort to a fine dining experience, pick up the check, and still be considered a gentleman.
Not so fast Mogombo. One MUST pay her to watch her eat over there as well. The girls are so accustomed to this over there that I understand they don't even get hungry until they see that second envelope. Kinda like a Pavlovian response of some kind.
Now, as time passes, attitudes can change. It seems like that Bored is about a few decades behind this one so an enlightenment period is sure to begin but one can never be certain. For now at least, tips, candles, gift cards and paying MSRP rule the day over there, but that makes the old codgers feel good about themselves and you know me...whatever makes the client happy.
