Then go get tested, and then get tested every few weeks for a bit, if you want to be thorough. There's a good chance you have nothing to worry about, providers are, in general, more safe and hygienic than your average citizen and get tested regularly, as she said.

If you are concerned about HIV, go now. They can give you something called PEP which are anti-viral drugs designed to be used post exposure to prevent HIV infection. You only have a window of 72 hours after exposure to start taking them.
