However if I recall correctly, I think Escort-Watch was walking a thin line between giving legal advice and merely making observations that any of us could make regarding what kinds of safeguards to take when escorting.

By charging for the advice, (membership to the site) this could possibly have put the operaters of the site, were they not attorneys, into a bind. Practicing law without a license is a big NO-NO that can open one up to litigation in a hot second!

Imagine if someone followed the advice, ran into trouble and decided Escort-Watch.com was to blame?

Merely a "deductive" guess due to the language in the note that sweet Jaclyn posted and the followup regarding the new content that Sedona posted.

A lookup on the ownership of the sites might glean more insight into the situation.
