Sounds like a CURRENT provider, not a FORMER provider to me.

I doubt we'll take her up on her P-4-P offer, but I wonder if I should report her to the swinging site. I can't help but believe she's done this with others as well.

That's why I'm asking, bigvern. On the one hand, it didn't cost us anything but lunch, dinner, and a room. On the other hand, I can't help but believe this is an active provider (no reviews under the name she gave us) who is using the swing site for P-4-P which is strictly against the rules of the site.

So I'm torn about whether it is the right thing to let site management know what's going on.

Not at all. I don't mind paying, but that's not the way it was presented to us. Before we met, and at lunch, and before she left in the morning, we talked about the potential of making it a LTR and she said she was interested in that. Nothing about any sort of compensation was discussed, she made it seem like she wanted to make it a regular thing just like any other regular we have with other swingers.

Not an ego thing at all, she didn't hurt my feelings. We don't plan to take her offer, so if we knew in advance we were dealing with an active provider and not a swinger, we would have expected it. Instead, she presented herself as a pure civvie, but in fact it was her plan all along to use this overnighter as a "loss leader" if you will.

She's just not dealing above board, it seems. If we called her off an escort ad, that would be a different story.

Yes, this is exactly it. The user agreement says we are supposed to report anyone seeking compensation of any kind for sex. It is explicitly prohibited, because the site doesn't want to be busted for condoning illegal acts.

Yes, we both got laid for nothing other than a couple of meals and an expensive room. That cost was minimal, and nothing I would not have expected of a civvie hookup.

I am just caught between the idea of protecting the site and other users there vs just letting her go on about her business, possibly using the site for P-4-P. I'm not opposed to paying for fun, not at all. But in this case, it came across as a little bit underhanded. I was explicitly told that that she is "no longer a provider" and hasn't been for over a year. I think that was a lie.

No matter what, we're not going to take her up on the P-4-P offer. We meet lots of nice folks for free, I want to mix in providers for variety.

I'm currently leaning toward just moving along and not reporting it to the site, but I also don't want the site to face any legal troubles because we are paid users there.

I understand that, but I also paid to be a lifetime member of the site. If it gets taken down, there goes my subscription fee down the drain. I know that there is P-4-P going on because there are some solo females on there who appear to be TGTBT.

some want to remain about it. Just about every provider I know has at least ONE SD, if not two or three. We may call them "regulars" here, but we met them on other sites designed more for LTRs. I just think he should let the shit go...live and learn. You and whoever got laid for free, so just let the girl go about her business. I think that language exists, not so much to protect the organization's integrity, but as a legal dodge in case some DA decides to crack down on them.

It's like the signs you see hung up on the walls of so many MPs that say something like "Please do not discuss any sexual activities with the therapists.", etc.

Also, on a more broad philosphical note, sexual activites always leave a debt to be paid somehow.  Money just happens to be the mose convenient (and cheapest!) form of paying that debt.
