I realize itโs easy to let yourself go, so I am creating healthy habits. This week I started training my teenager who is almost 6ft & 200lbs. We do yoga at 6am, weight & strength training with cold water recovery 1 minute in the freezing ๐ฅถ pool. Plus, I do the SD Holiday half marathon every year in December just because itโs harder to get off a few pounds the older you getโฆ fun fact. Iโm going to cook & indulge in some comfort food for the Holidays knowing I have to work for it. Health = Wealth
Ok - showing my nerdy side here, but I just love words. The subtle nuances between certain words that are similar, but not quite the same, the way the perfect words can convey exactly what you are trying to expressโฆ
When I learned French in Montreal I had the opportunity to learn new words and phrases that didnโt exist in English. Certain ways of expressing thoughts that were uniquely perfect, it was really magical. Sad Iโm losing the language now as I never have an opportunity to use it in Las Vegas.
There is always a solution... LOL.. Have you considered Meet up group that comprises of French Language enthusiasts. There are meet up groups for everything, and it's a great way for like minded people to mingle. I am sure there are going to be a few in Las Vegas. There are definitely a few in my area.
