From my experience, the actual sex can be the same as any encounter, you just go by physical cues rather than verbal ones. ...at first it was frustrating then it turned hilarious. She spoke French, Spanish and Portuguese but not a word of English. I did a lot of pantomiming. I indicated I wanted to fuck in mish and then... are you ready... she directed me right into her ass! You can't make this shit up.

Even the smallest amount of English was non-zero. For me, it's usually a lot of fun to work out the communication problem. I have never been disappointed because of a language barrier.  

I have said it before: two of my faves were K-girls (one AMP, one high end) with limited English. They could read my mind. I have been with providers that did not speak English, but we both spoke another language fluently so there was no language barrier. However, I am assuming you mean where the client and provider do not have a common language. I have done that in the past, but when I discovered we could not communicate I shortened the meet from 2 hours to 1. We chit chatted for a bit using the google translate app on my phone. I had a lot of experience e with women who spoke French, but by then I was fluent so it doesn't count.

I have seen people that spoke no english or didn't speak at all. You have to be creative, goggle has a voice translator and it works wonders for me
