Does anyone structure an income tax refund to facilitate the hobby?

Uncle Sam owes me a nice little sum due to a few unexpected deductions and a creative tax accountant.
My refund is generally nominal, but enough to tuck away into my hobby account to cover a few sessions. It is disposable income and I will use it to hobby with.
Anybody else using a tax refund to hobby with?
