if you are staying in a hotel and you call a provider and leave the room and say this is john but don't leave the last name they will not put you to the room without a last name. just remember that. i have had calls and i feel bad because they will not give me the room without the last name.. sorry guys.thanks  sassy be-good-i-try-to.
