To add, Alcohol is a social relaxer. Purpose of alcohol is to have fun. Sure some people will abuse it. But the purpose of guns is to kill another human being.

GUNS, my friend, do NOT belong in hands of general public.. They belong in hands of LE and our troops...

Now, you will come back with a comment saying that anything else can be be used to kill people also. A car...An Airplane.. Rope... I can name a dozen myself.  But just because there are other things that can be used to kill people, doesn't justify making guns available readily.

Every legal citizen with a clean record has the RIGHT to own a gun if he or she chooses so. We have the right to defend ourselves. If a nut job breaks into my house, I want to have a chance, not be at a disadvantage.

I don't want to harp on this topic any longer because we could go on all day, and both make valid points. Trust me, I see your point of view on this. I just disagree with you.....


Let's get back to talking about all the fine pussy on TER instead :D

so if you are against guns, why dont you take the guns out of the hands of our military and see what happenes. plenty of people own guns and dont hurt anyone. usually the ones that do cause harm, either did it fully within their own right to defend themselves or family, or are nut jobs that often arent even legally allowed to own them ( with the slip through the cracks crazies mixed in too). i own 3. one stays in my bedroom, one in my car, and one in the other end of the house. they are never taken out. but when they finally are, i feel a little bad for the poor bastard that broke in/tried to rob me/whatever the case may be.

Honestly, I grew up in the country, hunting for food and going to turkey shoots when we were all bored. I would LOVE to go to a firing range with a client. It's been to long :)
