B&W artistic photos or color?
My new pics are all artisitc B&W shots.
My site is having technical difficulties due to a blonde being near it.  I'll fix it today.

Artistic shots like the one you posted are always appreciated.  I also like to see at least one color pic to help get an idea of a lady's complexion, see her tan lines, etc.  Please keep your fishnet pic.

but I can think of no reason to not have color shots as well. When looking for a provider I want to get an idea of what she would look like to me. In this photograph I would be trying to figure out how I would get in that position and would I knock over the bowl of marbles . . .Wait! that is how it happened (I knocked over a bowl of artistic marbles when I visited Holly a bit ago). She was so sweet to not make me feel bad about my Mad russian move gone bad.
Seriously, I think you need both.

associated with B/W pics. They allow my imagination to roam a bit. I'm old enough to remember when most if not all pics were B/W, so they bring back fond memories of when life was simpler, and much more enjoyable.

In addition to the B/W's, I'd like to see a few color ones as well. They give me a better idea of what to expect when we actually meet. Flesh tones, hair color, eye color, all that stuff means alot to me.

Posting artistic B/W pics takes some effort, and if you're willing to make that effort, you'll likely put the same effort into a session. A very good sign!

Sweetheart you look good in black and white, color or whatever, but the black and whites are really cool.

Really good site. I especially like the 'welcome' and the 'about me' pages. Descriptive, and to the point. Eliminates alot of confusion.

The pics are great, some of the best anywhere. The B/W's are sort of nostalgic, I like that. Really artistic. Nice lighting effect. The color ones are good too, they add perspective to the B/W's. Very well laid out.

You obviously put some time and effort into this, again, good work!

Er, both... no, it depends.

B&W photos emphasize contrast and surface variations - so flawless skin looks *more* flawless and flawed skin looks *more* flawed. A smooth, toned body will look fabulous in B&W - chunkier with maybe some cellulite, not so much. B&W renders the body, essentially, as a landscape. I will say, my opinion of course, but a vulva, especially an outie, looks somewhat grotesque in B&W... which can be fascinating and even beautiful, but many will find it off-putting.

Color reduces contrasts and emphasizes details. This downplays surface defects but emphasizes pigment variations, so patchy or unevenly tanned skin will not look as good in color. Obviously strong detail features such as eyes and hair prevail in color. In color, the body becomes less a landscape and more a still-life - I feel it emphasizes the 2-dimensionality of a subject, hence the classic "adding of weight" which is a much greater issue in color than in B&W photography.

Now, for a provider, one big caveat - "artistic" shots will often be interpreted as misleading. Something to think about.

From a "hobbyist's" perspective, I favor color shots which are accurately representative of the subject's proportions and textures.
