Other than the Price they charge!

I've been checking out several websites for ladies who offer what I would call a "premium" service.
They often label themselves as a VIP escort, elite escort, or a courtesan.
Aside from their obvious physical beauty what extra do  they provide vs. a full GFE escort?
I've seen a lot of GFE escorts that are just as attractive ("9/10") as the "premium" ladies; but obviously their prices are lower. Now I've worked a number of years in marketing and realize the importance of branding and distinguishing yourself from the competition; usually there are some unique selling points that help make your product or service "better" than the competition; also customer satisfaction is important.

So are are these ladies really offering a different or better service/product? - or are they just better at marketing themselves to the consumer (us!) for a higher price?.
Has anyone experienced the whole gamut of provider categories: escort to courtesan? And wishes to comment on the differences/similarities between each?

Those words mean nothing..Absolutely nothing.

Things that are important to me are... Looks, Rates, Services and Attitude...

Also, ability to listen to me run my mouth, and pretend to be "enlightened" when I say something smart...even if it isn't.

Let me help you out:

Escort: someone that sucks and fucks for money.

VIP/Elite Escort: someone that sucks and fucks for money but puts "VIP" or "Elite" in their title.

Courtesan: someone who won't admit they are an escort but they will suck and fuck for money.

Hope that helps.

i have been with all three..they all taste pretty much the same to me..i wouldnt worry so much about what they call the delivery truck..just as long as they can deliver is all that matters to me..

as long as the sausage is hot and the sauce is juicy..i never complain about the delivery charge..

You think escorts ads should read "Hi, I'm Bunny, and I'm just like all the others".

You are a fucking marketing GENIUS!

All these years, I've been buying Tide because it's New! and Improved!

If you think those terms mean anything, I have some beachfront property in Vegas to sell you.

other.  As a true Courtesan, I undertand the difference. I am not superior to an escort. In the capacity of Courtesan, I am simply a different experience. The attached link offers only a brief explaination of the differences. I won't claim to know what the "VIP" title means, I do not-

Since I do not advertise, I will assure you my role of Courtesan is in no way a "marketing spin"

Until then,

I am making a broad statement, and of course there are exceptions.

My bigger point is that if you truly are elite/VIP/etc., you don't need to say that.  The guy who makes eight figures a year on the trading desks doesn't need to remind anyone that he is the biggest swinging dick on the desk.  He just walks in, and you KNOW he is.

Thanks for your response.

From the blog you linked...

"Desire a connection before intercourse
Want to spend a longer period of time with the courtesan
Need someone to talk to, whether on a casual level or deeper one
Also subscribe to the belief that an emotional release first makes the physical release better"

Exactly how much of the above, can you offer in an hour? Nuff said, and point made.

The "VIP" and "Courtesan" are definitely of a different breed, or are supposed to be... The difference lies in the fact that one selection you take to a secluded place and nothing else.... the other you can take into public, have dinner, then a secluded place...

If that's you thing. We don't all have endless pockets! haha

Great characteristics to have for sure.
I also picture a "courtesan", in my opinion, to possess the following traits as well:

She knows that a man's largest "sex organ" is NOT between his legs.
She knows that we have 5 senses and how to use them ALL for mutual satisfaction.
She is spontaneous and unpredictable.
She is a teacher in the "art of love-making".

Tis why London is a hooker, and not a coutesan. I don't "make love" for money, but I will fk for it.

I just had a regular here yesterday who kept sayin he wanted to make love and I kept saying nope, we can fuck we arent makn love, funny u say that.
the slow romantic stuff freaks me out, I d rather like have abrupt rough sweaty rigourous un graceful ugly sweaty hectic frenzy sex. . romance makes me nervous, and uneasy, I hate it. i guess my spa stuff is my way bein romantic, n showing I am affectionatte. My least favporite part the dates is the slow romantic makin out, My fav is the bbj part. I am actually more comforatble in bbj than the kissing part the dates which is weird, . I actualy gave this really nice man a face mask for men after our date last week. It was some weird 99 cent single use packet it said "face mask for men" I had found at drugsatore, I thought how perfect fpr the gfe spa. I had the dam face mask for a year n finally remebered to use it at an appt.

As I've said before and will say again, I have known street walkers with more class than a so called courtesan. I've seen "courtesans" piss in a parking lot, have substance abuse problems, and barely made it through high school, and I've seen street walkers off the clock that you would assume were School Teachers as a profession.

It's all in the wording and marketing. Granted, there are different levels of "service" one can provide, but just labeling yourself something so subjective does not mean much. It's about as debatable as "GFE."

I've never met a true Coutesan, who charged by the damn hour...that much, I will say.

There's no "school" or "academy" where an escort can receive advanced training and be "certified" as a courtesan. If there were such then at least there may be some meaning behind the packaging. As with all dates, YMMV, no matter what the price you pay.

where the priveleged get taken whom are prettier to be geishas. Any one read memoirs of a geisha? she runs to escape n find her sister, n her not as pretty sister is in a whore house up street thats in shambles with drunks every where n its scary, while she with her crystal blue eyes got to go to this geisha training house with the geisha mther n they had to learn to pkay instruments to entertain and sing and dance and be egishas , they take like 3 hours to get the geisha make up n wig on n gowns, before they head out to the tea houses. theres that part where she like jumos of roof n breaks an ankle to escape only to fins she is truly lucky to be in this geisha training hell home , that rest town is in sheer poverty n theres in fact nothing to run too. and she goes back, i love that book.

Ranch years ago when she first started out. Glad I had her when she was not as expensive.

jsgettinlaid also does. Many women I have met in the biz don't want to go to dinner, have conversation, or be arm candy for a guy. Some love that and market themselves towards that.

I will say that if a lady chooses to add such words to her marketing, she'd better have what it takes to back it up or she'll just end up looking like an idiot.

Also, it takes one to know one. One of my favorite quotes is "Those who danced were thought to be quite insane by those who could not hear the music."

All these terms are not definitive but a choice of the lady as how she feels she is.
