Great Idea!

for example - say i know i'll want to see someone in a few weeks, and i've had some instances where screening took around 5 days or so - how would a provider feel if a guy wanted to get screening out of the way early so when he's ready to make the appointment he doesn't have to wait the few days for screening to get done?

just curious - sorry if this has ben asked before

Damn good idea and I do this. Works very well, although if the screening is, say a couple of months out, I do not keep anything..including emails so you might get asked for your stuff all over again. To prevent this, a reminder of who you are is greatly appreciated.

So I do it often.  Reduces the "hurry up" feeling and seems to be a good idea.

For those that require a date and time commitment, I’d bet that many of them experience a higher than average cancellation rate. I can think of 2 or 3 reasons why a lady does not want to take the time.

On the other hand I travel quite a bit and those that will make the effort generally get more of my business, especially those that advertise their willingness to pre-screen.

I love when clients "get it".  Yes, let's get the screening out of the way, It makes everyone way more comfortable.  However, I have experienced having several clients screened and never heard back from them, some local and some traveling.  Maybe they changed their travel plans or their minds all together, but it is dissappointing to have a folder of verified clients that never follow through.  Sigh....it is what it is....lol

I like to pre screen, but it only lasts for so long because I need to re-check things if its been too long.  A couple of weeks is good.  Unfortunately, there are some guys who use the screening and potential booking as a way to keep contact and fantasize without booking so, get screened and then book or it's not really fair to waste a lady's time.  Obviously, there are elements of fair give and take of time that have to be respected.  Just having a bunch of people pre-screen just in case isn't really a good idea, but doing so and actually booking when you come out is great.

It isn't unusual for me to have them screen me in advance. That makes life better in a bunch of ways.

I am not available at the drop of a hat, and I take no offense to immediate non-commitment. I'm just glad to pique a guy's interests, and should our paths cross in the future, it makes things a TON easier.

You know who to notify when you're traveling, and it says to me that you respect my time.

I have to agree with Elina and I have been guilty of this as well. I make a list, get myself pre-screen and then find myself not in a position to book. Usually though when I do get around (several months later) to the booking sometimes I need only remind or refresh that I have been pre-screened before. I do understand that the ladies are sometimes working and not getting the booking and for that I apologize.

crazy...even though I can get screening done in less than 1/2 hour as long as all info is given...I still Will Not see someone new first day...however prescreening is always the best way...I say get it out of the way...so We can concentrate on the Fun ;)

Sounds great and I wish many would do that as well who are from here or other sites that plan to see me a few days or week from now etc, i've been lucky with that so far and had no flakes. Guys should only do so tho when they KNOW they dead set on seeing that female.

Prescreening is awesome! I find it almost impossible to screen on short notice- thus my requirement for 48 hour notice for new gentleman. Prescreening enables me to accommodate a request on short notice provided my schedule will allow.

I like when a guy provides screening info early that way gives us ladies that do screen enough time. When it's time of the appointment and you're in town there's nothing left to do but for the lady to show up and she's not waiting to hear back from references.Very convenient for both parties.

I never ask to be pre-screened unless I have the intention to follow through. I’ve already “screened” you by then and made up my mind. I simply do not have the details of my schedule yet to commit to a date or time.

Even then, when I travel on business it is often difficult to commit to a specific early evening time so I end up having to ask for a late evening time.

...and they never called back for an appointment. Some ladies do use someone for screening and it can become costly. I like to screen with the committment of a meeting.  :)

i think it is a really good idea, but that said sometimes you just cant plan a few days or weeks ahead, sometimes you just wanna get your groove on NOW!!!

I do screen everyone I see.  There have been times when providers have taken days to get back to me. I always appreciate it when I gent takes the time to screen in advance. It makes things so much easier for me.

Actually If I see an email that offers the prescreening I give preference to that email and that appointment! It's amazing! It saves us time and it's convenient.

Dear Heinous:
That is what date-check,p411 and RSK2000 are for. So that now since you are part of the community information can be shared and it lends to expediency. Also another question is have you seen any providers that have an established web presence. This is what is commonplace since we don't have any state wide hobbyist societies were providers can share information with each other and give each other the professional courtesy of saying that he is safe and sane.
