If you searching porn you WILL get exposed to spyware and viruses, had it take my computer down bad once.  If your on a PC stop using IE, most of the malicious stuff targets that.  Run FireFox with these addins: AdBlock Plus, Better Security and most important NoScript  It is normally scripts that infect your computer I think.
