What does "fully indy" mean?

It means fully independent. No agency affiliation.

Well it can mean many differnt things.

she is fully indy, all the way from Indianan,India or Indian a.k.a. Native American.

Her name is Indy and all that you see is fully her.

Her belly is distended of Indian food, she can't talk so she is fully indy.

Or she is an independent escort, not half way there with an agency pretending to be independent, she doesn't have a hidden Pimp. So I would guess it is safe to assume she is "fully indy", no Booker, no pimp, no mammasan, no agency. She is a sole Proprietorship, on her own, an Independent woman. Making her own decisions as to who and what she does, when and why and for what.
