Being an active person... I like... Not necessarily in this order..

1. Cycling along the coast (W. Coast0
2. Fishing
3. Scuba
4. Gym  (big + for ladies that take care of their bodies as they age)
5. Rafting
6. Shooting range (don't own a gun, but it is a 'Blast')
7. Photography (not selfies)
8. Concerts (B. Mars or Metallica.  I like most music)
9. Camping (roughing it.  UR shower is the sink. LOL)
10. Snowboarding
11. Museums (I love learning about it.  Rembrandt museum in Holland was very cool.  NY is cool too for museums)

What I don't
1. TV (Pink Floyd said, "I got 13 channels of Sh*t on the TV to choose from."  I feel the same.)
2. Drinking in a bar. (Once is fine, but I don't do bars too much)
3.  video games or cell phone apps..  
4. Social Media.  Facebook (FB) was a great stock and that's all I can say about that

and I try to squeeze some golf in as well. Also, when absolutely necessary, I do have to find time to run my company, but only when "absolutely necessary"

AND, I try to indulge all my "hobbies" in a few different countries, on a normal year I spend about a third of my time abroad. Drinking, gambling and fucking hookers is so much more fun when done in different environments, and as long as I have a wi fi signal I can always talk shit right here while traveling.

I work about 65 hours a week so there is a limited time available for all that...

I keep my "hobbying" to no more than one session a week or less...

Some others like collecting money, reading, and traveling to different parts of the world.  

...read, listen to music, walks in the woods with the dog, cooking and one of my all time faves... sleeping. Nothing like a 90 minute nap, in bed, in the middle of the day.

I go to a lot of meetups (the meetup.com thang), metal and punk rock shows, hiking, kayaking, bars/grills/restaurants, movies, or if traveling I'll check out the local attractions and go hiking.  I worked in the national parks for a while, which was really awesome because I got to spend months in different places and really get to know them, as opposed to settling for the tourist traps.

We have several hives and three chickens we raise for food and profit. OK mostly fun and food for me and profit and fun for my son.

The best education you can find consists of the Snapple Facts. If I were you, I wouldn't believe anything anybody says (least of all on this board) unless it's also printed on the underside of a Snapple bottle cap.

When I'm not on here I'm living in my own fantasy world.  Or was that the real world?  I keep getting them mixed up.

Things I like to do in my real/fantasy world:

Read.  Everything.  A lot.  I'm a big literature nerd. *shocker*
Listen to music.  A lot.  All kinds.
Write.  Stories, poetry, musings, ramblings, etc.
Photography.
Paint.  I'm a hack, but who cares?  There's a therapeutic, meditative quality about it.
Philosophizing.  Ok, I mean drinking beer.
Cook.
Cook while drinking beer.
Drink beer while cooking.
Gardening.  There's something very humbling about growing things.  It cannot be rushed.  It's been done pretty much the same way for thousands of years.  It's a very connecting thing.
Watch movies.  Especially scary ones.  I'm a big horror buff.  I can talk horror for hours.
Roam, wander, meander - turn off the GPS, get lost and talk to people.  You never know who you'll meet.  There are still loads of interesting, charming, and wacky folks on this planet.  I like meeting them.  One of my life's great joy's is to serendipitously meet someone new and share stories.  It's another thing that has been done pretty much the same way for thousands of years.  
Daydreaming.
Building a fembot army in my secret laboratory with which I hope to enslave the planet someday.  Or just have a really epic reverse gangbang.  Not sure yet which one I'll go with...
