I have a question on grading providers looks. on the 1 to 10 scale should we asume 10 percent of providers are 10's 10 percent are 9's etc down to 1 and grade accordingly? Or shall we use a bell curve were 10's (and 1's) are quite rare and the majority of the providers are 4,5,6,or 7's?
I am aware of grade inflation, reviewers give lots of8,9, and 10's. Is that because if your a 6 or below you don't last long in the business?
Also in grading lets say a 35 or 40 year old provider do you take in consideration her age when giving her a looks grade?

. . . but when 10 means one-in-lifetime, it means just that. I haven't given out a 10 yet. So I would think it is more of a bell curve for the general population. So the most common rating would not be a 5 but more like a 7 or 8.
On the other hand, TER has a gudeline for performance so I 'm careful. They've degraded a score I gave once -- from 9 to 8.
Nobody wants to hear about this anymore, but honesty is the best policy. I'm tired of trying out new girls and finding that they really are 6/7 when they have been rated 9 in looks. There is a big difference. There are lots of reasons, but the sad fact is that the lowest grade given for any lady is probably the most accurrate. Just recently saw a lady with all 9s. She listed her weight at 117 lbs. She must have been 10 lbs over that with rolls of belly fat. I don't see how she got all those high scores. Just be honest and save your fellow hobbyist some money.
. . . that, for me, the looks rating is generally too high; perhaps I'm picky. With few exceptions, I end up disappointed.
A case in point. A new local lady got raves reviews; the scores in her looks are 8s and 9s; I got a PM on how pretty she is. When I saw her I would give her a 7 at most. She is a nice lady; I hate to give her a 7 in her review. I still haven't submitted one yet. 
I would humbly suggest that you are part of the problem. A 7 is a decent score. That you would worry about giving it just aggravates the situation. Say you give her an 8. Then I come along and read all these high appearance scores and I spend my $$$$$ to go see her. Then I'm disappointed and so on and so on. Just be honest. Why are we so worried about their feeling? We are the ones that are paying. They should have more honest photos in their advertisement. There are really many very average women on TER who are always getting 8/9 appearance scores. I think I've seen most of them and they are nothing close to model quality. Just a few very good ones out there, but they are very difficult to find.
I don't inflate scores. I was just expressing my concern. My scores in looks are actually lower than average.
I have slowed down in writing reviews but when I start again; I'm going to give what I think it is right.
