What should your response be ?

else you'll assume it's off. How close that day/time is to the scheduled date depends on how flexible your schedule is.

Timbow, you might be enamored with her but you might have done something, something little to elicit this response especially since this is the first time she has communicated this way. She might be angling for a replacement for you so as not to reduce income...you are now the back up.

OR, she has family that might pop into town...OR she has to figure out if she is going to visit family....as one poster asked...how far out is this pending appointment

I would say your communication skills need some polishing

Yea, it's complicated and have known each other over 7 years off and on. I just figure will see if she gets back with me. This happened Monday, she had to cancel scheduled Wens afternoon appointment due to her daughter and offered me one later that evening or this reschedule for Friday where she said that response.

at home pregnancy kits are accurate.

So my response would be to ask her to run that bad boy again, and if positive, run your ass out of town. LOL

With all the p4p BBFS going around, especially this time of year, you can never be too careful.

So, you had a date, she had to cancel and is now setting up another date.

So tell her to get back to you to confirm but in the meantime, you hope you're all set.

Or is there some mystery here lurking?

Then it might be family issues screwing with her schedule. Being the "holiday" season and all. She will gt back with you...once things settle down.

Maybe, but those words I will let you know you never want to hear.

Can you talk to her about what might be going on? I guess that depends how well you know each other outside of P4P.

If I said something like that to a client that I have known for a few years and see regularly, without any other explanation, it would mean I need to cool off from seeing him. I had one who I eventually refused to see because he got complacent with his hygiene (got a little too real for me) and wanted OTC time as if we were actually dating. Not saying you did this, but it seems to me you have a gut feeling that this is not good.

Maybe after the holidays if I do not hear from her. Thing is I asked if she needed space before making  the cancelled Wens. meeting and she said she was better after dealing with her grandad. Like I said complications. Also, we were texting more and she said she liked it. When she said that in a text I was thrown for a loop and just said we will work it out in response not sure if that was the best one. But the ball is in her court for now. I know seems like two people could talk after seeing each other for 7 years but you do not want to appear needy.
