Just a heads up if your in USA and think recurring billing will stop and partial charges refunded. Think again. I was charged on April 5 2018 for monthly fee. When I called to inquire I got little to no help and the CS person acted as if they were clueless about USA being blocked. Monitor your CC statements!
Nice! My experience on phone was frustrating! Gal went out of her way to be no help at all. No acknowledgement of USA block in effect, kept asking if a charge was made on April 5, why i waited so long to call? As if thats any issue! I told her i made the mistake of believing their statement that recurring billing would stop and refunds would be issued. Ill wait and see if any refund comes.
Seriously, depending on the type of CC processing company they use, if you had called them immediately, they probably could have stopped the transaction before being charged the "discount" by the CC company. So it may really be an issue, albeit a small one. It just means they may have to eat the fees both ways caused by your delay. Businesses usually don't like that.
