What's with this chick? Brooke in Fairfax/Falls Church.  Second time I've made an appointment with her for noon the following day only to get her voice message (Sorry, that mail box is full) when calling for the room number.  Has anyone else had this same experience?  Does she have some problem or is she just double booking?
