it begins:  "Getting tired of those..."  

I got a nasty virus that locked up my computer.  The site looks like an official FBI website but is a scam to get you to pay $200 to unlock your machine payable to some outfit called MoneyPak.

Doesn't TER filter this crap?  

Does anyone know a way I can unlock my machine?   (I am using a borrowed laptop to write this)

But thankfully, my Norton caught the attack and didn't affect my PC. If you are using a PC (as opposed to a mac) you should always have an up to date Antivirus software.

Anyways, dungman needs to stop posting these videos....

Do a "System Restore".  Hopefully you have a restore point that's not too old.  It just happened to my son-in-law.

You could also do a bunch of registry work but the system restore worked for me.

had the same one.(not from lungman) and had to follow steps that I do not recall.  but got it out.
