I posted awhile back about not being able to recover fast enough after seeing providers. I'm grateful for the many responses from fellow hobbyists. Couple responses were about my commute and the amount of sleep I was getting or not getting.  I cut my commute down by going late and leaving work late. Always try to get about 1hr more of sleep every night and also incorporated crunches to my workout routine.  After these changes, my libido came back with a vengeance.  

Last Sunday my libido was so strong that I ended up going to 3 different massage parlors for a release, and I still had to manually release at night to calm my libido and testosterone down.

Thanks everybody for the inputs you provided.

just kidding. Congrats, I know your frustration, but it's NOT my libido. Being competitive and with a touch of a cold, I'll just try to jerk off 4 times today ...lol as I took the day off and can't share them with a friend, neither my cold or my orgasms.

I think people are always using libido wrong. Isn't libido sexual desire? Sometimes sexual desire might have to do with sexual ability, and vice versa, but it is definitely not always the case.  Many guys can have a very high sex drive but might not be able to perform. That is not low libido.

... That you were able to find a natural, and healthy, solution is great news.  I will say though that given your new prodigious abilities the ladies reading this may now be charging you a premium lol.
