I can't speak for Florida but I can say that Tampa is very quiet these days. The fallout from OFC has not yet settled out and many top flight indy's have taken down their sites. Only one advertising are agencies ... never been my thing. If you know someone who's still active they will probably see you but new clients are being carefully looked at . Guess you could say that paranoia rules these days.
