If I wanted my identity out there, it would already be out there. Women who assume letting one guy take a photo of them won't do any harm, are very naive and borderline stupid. I would leave that detail OUT of her review, because it might attract people with sinister motives.  

Why you felt the need to tell the board about it, also raises a red flag. You are the one who asked a hooker to take a photo WITH YOU.

but dude, not only are they tucked away, they are also NOT on my camera SD card, nor are they on my computer HD.  they are locked away, for my viewing only.  Some gals like this, BUT in this day and age, I would not recommend you thinking that it will remain safe (unless you use the precautions I do.  Did you take the pic using a cell phone camera (a no-no, as that can be accessed by hackers whether you send or txt message it or not- better to use a non-internet connected phone), do you store off your computer (hackers again, plust the occasional SO perusing your hard drive), did she get a copy (as someone above mentioned - blackmail) and on and on.  As I say, if the other party has JUST as much to loose (or maybe more) this is a tad risky.  

Now, if you use both discretion and caution, it is truly a great way to remember those sessions!  However, most providers do not wish this type of activity - and I really don't blame them....
