Why do you think all this info is unknown to the rest of us?  You're repeating it like you're some sort of birthing expert, but most of the rest of us have done it too.  Epidurals have been around for decades.  Big fukkin' dealio. Get over yourself, lady.

I don't work ESCORTING on my time of the month but I do occasionally do SENSUAL BODY RUBS

If ever for some reason you have to, here are some tips

Take a couple ibuprofen, usually 3-4 200mg tablets works (it slows down the flow a lot sometimes even stops it for a few hours)

And get a sea sponge from cvs or Walgreens.

Break a piece off, clean it with soap and water of course, dry it off
Then push it inside of you.

Feels soft and natural and works great.
