Im a newbie and just have a few questions. I've gotten frisky with women before and just never went the whole way. I was bored last night and found 3 providers im really into. 2 of them have like 1 review on here, the third has dozens of stellar reviews. I called her just now and scheduled for 4pm.

Im wondering, do you guys think that at 4pm,being that she is so busy that she would've lost her enthusiasm?

Another thing, is it better to see a provider 1st thing in the morning, when she's clean and fresh?

You have already done a couple of real smart things.
First, you got onto TER and looked at reviews.
Second, you picked someone with a series of good reviews.
The ladies who stick around long enough to get a number of reviews are successful.  Most of the ones I have spoken with indicate that they see a maximum of 2 guys in a day.  They put some time in between to make sure they are fresh and present.  If the reviews did not say anything about the provider looking tired, belching a lot and unable to find her shoes then you probably don't need to worry about it.
 In my opinion, I would pick the time of day that works best for me and my body and assume that the lady will make sure she is rested and clean.

If she schedules you at 4, it means that she'll be ready then. If she schedules you at 9, she should be ready then. A well-reviewed provider should be clean and fresh when you arrive. They expect that of their clients, too.

Despite what you presume here, a lot of trysters are "Low-Volume." They have maybe a client or two a day, or sometimes one or two a week, and they prepare very well for them. Touring ladies might stack appointments, that's because they have to cover travel costs, but not in their hometown.

Believe me, many trysters will positively delight in taking your v-card as you say.
