Im in Asia right now so the usual rate here is about 50% of that in the States. So the dinner date isn't that bad to consider.

Having worked at one very briefly, they do allow outcall dates but they are very expensive and often set and influenced by the house.  It won't be below a few thousand dollars.

Well I think that officer John did not understand that labor here is CHEAP. And just like having sex with providers and SO is very different, there is also difference between going on a date with providers and SO.
