Here are some tips stay out trouble with Feds and local authorities.
1. If a provider calls you up and needs a rental car don't do it. Sometimes a provider that you have seen before will make a spur of the moment request.
2. Don't every get involved with paying for an incall apartment or hotel for a provider. Sometimes providers will offer a free number of hours if you pay for her incall. Don't do it.
3. Don't be involved with screening or driving providers around for appointments.
But what made you post it? Did you not use this very advise and a bad experience? If so please do tell. I like to read hobby nightmare stories involving being someone being not so smart. I posted all of mine and as I can be an idiot there has been a few.

I pay for my own place but, I have to tell you if you want me to travel or meet you somewhere other my place. I am going to ask you to pay for some of the cost.

What he means is that a hobbyist shouldn't be involved in screening OTHER hobbyists for a provider.
As general rules, I believe what he is saying is correct. Hobbyists who enable providers make themselves extremely vulnerable to very serious charges. Paying for a lady's plane ticket, for example, will elevate his crimes to being federal felonies.
All that having been said, for providers I know well and in whose judgment I have confidence -- that is to say on an individual case-by-case basis -- I have done some things quite beyond the pale. However, they have equally done things beyond the pale for me, as an individual, on a case-by-case basis.
Nevertheless, the guy is talking generally, and I respectfully believe you have misunderstood his admonitions.

it would already be paid for, Naturally, if I am staying in a hotel, I expect to pay for it.
But generally speaking I expect an escort's fees to cover the expenses of her trade. I don't expect her to say: "If you want a condom that's $5 extra." I expect the condom to be included in her fee. I expect her hairstyle, clothing, gym fees, bubble gum, transportation, hotels (for her offering incall), std testing, soap and water and everything else to be included in her fee. If her fee can't cover these things, she needs to raise it.
There have been a few instances were happens with providers who screen like you. All 3 things above and even more.
This happens at all levels of the hobby.
State laws are being changed around the us to make things like this felonies.
Also take a look at the news concerning recent prostitution crackdowns. I saw several articles about verification services being compromised. One was named the others were not named.

1. Nobody is calling you a liar or thief. It seems to me all the OP did was list several common things that can happen and often do that I I crease charges in th p4p lifestyle. So if you rent a lady a car not only are you a sucker but you are now a felony contributor to her business. 2nd paying anything for an incalls room is wrong and would also make whoever paid.a fellony contribtor. What your are talking about is outcall and yes we pay for the room.
3rd. He never said don't screen. He said do not become involved with the process for the same reasons as above. Did you even read what he wrote or did you just want something to bitch about. Maybe it was pre coffee reading. Try reading (and understanding the whole post before basting someone. A simple suggestion.

I don't think he is against being screened or that he thinks that all of you ladies are thieves and liers. Pandering is a felony in most states. In Utah it carries a 5 year jail sentence. All the items above can land you a pandering charge. If you help a lady screen that is pandering. If you dive her to the appointments it is pandering. Same with renting the car used to get to the appointment, providing the hotel for her to see others, profiting in any way, placing an ad, or just encouraging a lady to prostitute herself, they are all forms of pandering. I have been asked to place an ad for a lady because her computer is down. I politely declined for fear of LE.

Is this a joke? Any hobbyist with minimal experience would never do these things and any provider with any experience would never ask them to. Give us all a little more credit here.
If a client wants to meet at a hotel yet doesn't want to give a deposit, of course he's got to book the hotel in his name. However if he then gives the lady the room charge in cash and she pays it then there's no problem.
I recently stayed somewhere for the weekend on this basis and it was no problem at all. Maybe he felt a little nervous at first because we hadn't met before, but we got on great and will remain good friends!

This is still pandering in L.E.'s eyes if another client is seen in this room. It maybe harder to prove but that would still be considered helping to facilitate prostitution, a felony. This also makes for a very handy name for a lady to give up should she prefer to walk on a prostitution charge if caught. L.E. always prefers felony arrest so they'll be happy to deal. Guys need to pay for their own rooms for outcalls and when he leaves so does everyone else. Paying a lady for the room on an incall is definitely felony territory, Providers see more then one client at incalls so if they give you a dime for the room it's facilitating prostitution.. I think we should at least be able to agree Incall rooms are not paid by the hobbyist.

In my above mentioned scenario I told of how I met a client at a hotel - I don't do incall in my home territory - he didn't want to send a deposit so he had to book the room in his own name, he gave me cash to pay for the room, which I did. And no I didn't see other clients - over two days.
To expect a lady to travel to see someone with no deposit and to pay for the room out of her own pocket is just totally insensible. Even regular clients cannot always be trusted to pay for a lady's out of pocket expenses so I hear, whatever the agreement is.
Be a client, not a pimp.
