What's the difference?  I notice that some providers who offer GFE sessions also offer non-GFE sessions at a lower rate.  Howcum?   And what should one expect from non-GFE?

LOL! Nice way to put it. But that is pretty much the difference in a nutshell.

Non-Gfe session includes fs only, Gfe sessions (which I personally prefer) are more one-on-one, there's cuddling, kissing, bbbj, and daty, plus fs. I'd say, in a Gfe session things get a lot more physical and a lot more fun!

In my non-GFE sessions there is still conversations but also light kissing, hugging and caressing, cbj, cfs and that's pretty much it. It's GFE just taken down a notch. lol.

Then there's the version that goes something like this...non-GFE could cuddle, engage, caress and all the stuff a GFE does but safer, meaning covered bj and may kiss but not necessarily tonsil hockey.

Why most people's definition of non GFE goes to the extreme of a 3G amazes me. In actual fact, there are many couples who, for months after becoming an item...eg BF & GF have covered everything until the tests come back...so it's not that much of a stretch to call a an ASP who does not allow BBBJ, CIM, Anal etc a GFE, albeit and early stage GFE.

Are there that many out there afraid those of us who are very safe but engage and  are affectionate and cuddle are somewhat of a threat? I don't think so, however the definitions are so black and white.

GFE is a nebulous state of interaction.  Everyone has a slightly different definition.  It's kind of like that one judge's statement about porn.  "I don't know how to define it, but I know it when I see it."  To me, it is as much about attitude as it is about specific 'menu' items.

I have had sessions where there was no kissing, but I had a very good time.  Not my first choice, but I understood her desires in that regard.  I have also had sessions where there was kissing, but it was ... forced.  In the sense that I could tell she would rather not, but did it so that she could check it off on her 'GFE-menu' list.  That is no fun for either party involved.

So, this is my opinion.  Decide what kind of activities are ones you don't care about, which ones are relatively important, and which ones are make or break.  Then review a provider's profile to see if she generally provides what you are looking for.

As far as the practice of a provider charging one price for non-GFE and another for GFE, I would personally go on to someone else.  If she is only going to do some things because you are paying her more money, then I would get the feeling that she would rather not anyway.  There are some things (like greek) where this seems to be standard practice.  I don't have an opinion regarding this either way since I'm not into that.

And ladies who did use the GFE label that were assembly line types.

Read the reviews! That's the only thing to go by.

GFE includes conversation, gentle caresses & touches, kissing (including DFK), lots of foreplay, BBBJ (or CBJ if the client prefers), all followed by FS.  A nice afterglow with pillow talk, more caressing, and usually a chance for MSOG.

The reason why I do not provide those services is because I read the VIP reviews.. I just think of it like this for every DATY, DFK, or BBBJ you performed/received I think of the person before you doing the same; but with another, and another, and another,etc...

If you read the reviews and just think.. one.. two ... five..twelve...twenty reviews DATY BBBJ DFK in almost every, if not all of them
